The industrial sector includes a wide range of disciplines, one of the most complex being the movement and installation of heavy machinery and high-tonnage items. It is not exactly a job that can be carried out without carrying out previous structural calculations, since the supporting structure of the machines is already designed so that they can properly work their useful life. But it does not have to resist the external efforts that are introduced when moving them inside a ship.
This is where we propose a new methodology for the movement of heavy machinery, carrying out specific structural calculations to identify the necessary auxiliary machinery. Additionally, we are aware that the machinery, no matter how heavy it is, does not have to enter the ship solely from the deck using expensive heavy-duty cranes.

We are able to introduce the equipment inside the warehouses with tanks, lifting cushions and hydraulic cylinders, allowing their location even in confined spaces. This is thanks to the experience of RETOVAL staff in similar jobs for more than 30 years.
